What does PlanRight cost?
$1,000 per month on a 3-year contract. That includes the whole platform and unlimited people. Model usage is not included: bring your own model keys, run Claude, GPT, or Gemini through us and pay only for what you use, or run on PlanRight-hosted models for far less. No per-seat pricing, no usage tiers — and a free 30-day trial before you pay anything.
Does PlanRight make decisions for us?
No. PlanRight is an analyst and a workflow partner, not an autonomous decision maker. It reads your material, answers with the exact source cited, flags conflicts for review, and drafts the deliverable. Every output traces back to your own documents so your team reviews it and decides. Human in the loop is part of the value.
Which sources and systems does PlanRight connect to?
Sources: SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 email, Excel and CSV, PDFs (including scanned, via OCR), PowerPoint, Word, and shared folders or data rooms. Where your team asks: Microsoft Teams, Slack, web chat, Discord, Telegram, and email.
What does governance and compliance look like?
Every response passes through guardrails (pre- and post-execution) with PII detection and output sanitization, and lands in a full audit log with user, action, and IP. Role-based access is granular — per user, group, skill, agent, and memory space — and per-user cost controls plus token budgets keep spend in view. Sourced answers mean every output is traceable and exportable.
Can we bring our own LLM provider?
Yes. PlanRight is provider-agnostic and supports Claude, GPT, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and local or open-source models via Ollama or vLLM. Per-agent model overrides and fallback chains are built in. We also host our own models, which cost far less to run if they fit your use case.
